Social games developer Playtika Group has announced it its to consolidate its various game development studios under one brand.

Following its acquisition by US operator Caesars Interactive Entertainment in 2011, Playtika has expanded its portfolio by acquiring various studios.

Buffalo Studios, the developer of Bingo Blitz; Pacific Interactive, the creator of House of Fun; and the World Series of Poker (WSOP) social application from Electronics Arts have all been acquired by the group.

The rebranding will see the studios at Pacific Interactive, Buffalo Studios and WSOP all come under a new Playtika brand.

The brand will be unveiled at this week’s Casual Connect trade show.
